ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any purchase of digital products from Millena Krás ("I", "me", "my"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Contact: hello.millenakras@gmail.com

PRODUCTS

I sell digital products such as plugins, tools, presets, templates and other creative resources ("Products"). Products are delivered digitally. No physical item is shipped.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoicing and payment-related enquiries. Prices are shown in USD and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

LICENCE

After purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Products in your own personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, reverse engineer or upload the Products, or any part of them, as stand-alone files or as part of another product or collection, whether free or paid. Unless the Product page states otherwise, a licence covers one person.

UPDATES

Some Products may receive updates over time. Unless the Product page says otherwise, updates released for a Product you purchased are available to you at no extra charge for as long as that Product is offered. I do not guarantee any particular update schedule, new features or number of additions.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

Products may require third-party software, such as Adobe Photoshop or other creative applications, and specific versions of it. Please check the Product page for requirements before buying. I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party software I do not control, but I am happy to help you at hello.millenakras@gmail.com

DELIVERY

After successful payment you can download the Product through the link shown after checkout and/or sent to the email address you provided. You are responsible for providing a correct email address.

REFUNDS

Because Products are digital downloads, all sales are final once a Product has been downloaded or accessed. Full details, including limited exceptions, are in my Refund Policy, available at /refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Products and website content are owned by Millena Krás. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

CHANGES

I may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
