WHO I AM

This Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled on this website. The website is run by Millena Krás, a photographer and visual artist based in London, UK, who sells digital products such as plugins and creative tools. WHAT DATA I COLLECT

Purchases: payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the information needed to take payment, such as your name, email address, billing country and payment details, and acts as an independent controller of that data. I never see or store your full payment details. I receive limited order information from Paddle, such as your email address, country and the product you bought. Messages: if you email me, I receive your email address and anything you choose to include in your message.

Website and cart: this website is hosted by Framer, which may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to deliver and secure the site. Items you add to the shopping cart are stored in your own browser's local storage on your device and are not sent to me.

WHY I USE YOUR DATA

To deliver the digital products you buy and provide updates and support (performance of a contract); to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation); to reply to your messages and keep the website secure (legitimate interests); and to send you anything optional only if you have agreed (consent).

WHO I SHARE DATA WITH

I share data only with service providers needed to run the shop: Paddle (payments, tax and invoicing), Framer (website hosting) and the provider used to host and deliver downloadable files. I do not sell your personal data.

HOW LONG I KEEP DATA

I keep order and contact information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and ask for a copy of it. To exercise these rights, email hello.millenakras@gmail.com. For payment data held by Paddle, please contact Paddle. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), and if you are in the EU to your local data protection authority.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including by Paddle and Framer. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.

COOKIES

This website does not use advertising cookies. Essential technical storage, such as your shopping cart, is used only to make the site work. Paddle may use cookies during checkout as described in its own notice.

CHANGES

I may update this notice from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
